Friends of the Cambria County Library

Hello from the Friends of the Cambria County Library (FOCCL), and welcome!

We are an association dedicated to assisting the Cambria County Library through various advocacy and fundraising efforts. Our goals include promoting a better understanding within the community of the needs of the library, focusing attention on its services and facilities, providing financial assistance for a variety of library projects and initiatives. We are members of Pennsylvania Citizens for Better Libraries.

Community Support

Our group focuses on support the community through the library. We recognize that libraries improve the quality of life for the people in our region. As a friends organization, we help advocate for our library, and libraries everywhere. By supporting the library directly we can help ease the burden of fundraising needed by the library, so the knowledgable and supportive library staff can focus on what they do best. 

Get our Members-Only Newsletter

Our newsletter highlights upcoming events and fundraising efforts, in addition to highlighting library programs, services, and resources. Copies are distributed to our members and occasionally to community groups.
